The Uilleann Practice Set includes the Bellows, Bellows Connector, Reservoir Bag, and the Blackwood Chanter.

The Blackwood Uilleann Chanter comes with two reeds (ULRC) and plays two octaves from Low to high D. It has 3 brass keys which provide additional C, G# and F notes.
Note: The uillean practice set contains some blackwood and some rosewood parts. The large stock where the drones attach to the bag as well as the sides of the bellows are rosewood due to the high cost and unavailability of blackwood in pieces this large. The parts that attach to the chanter are blackwood.
The bag and bellows are made of synthetic material to keep the pipes airtight. Leather would breathe and would have to be sealed periodically with bag seal. Great Highland pipes benefit from breathing due to the saliva that ends up in the bag and therefore do better with a leather bag to let this moisture out. Since the uilleanns are powered by a bellows we can avoid having to use a sealer by using the synthetic bag.
